Our worldview teaches that everything is connected. By caring for the land, water, and resources, we sustain a relationship of reciprocity where nature provides for us, and we honor these gifts by living in harmony

Clean Energy 

  • Renewable, zero-emission sources that are generated from the Gifts of our Creator – the Sun, the Wind, the Water and the Earth. 

  • Clean energy is often thought of as a new technology, however, harnessing nature’s power has long been used for heating, transportation, lighting and more. 

  • The Haiłzaqv Climate Action community engagement process identified solar, wind and bioenergy as the top three clean energy choices of community members.

Our vision is a Haíɫzaqv Nation where clean energy sovereignty reflects our ǧvi̓ḷás and Haíɫzaqv worldview. By harnessing the wind, sun, earth, and water, we create resilience for today and sustainability for future generations
