Design Phase Progress
The project is nearing the completion of its design phase, marking an important milestone in our journey toward sustainable living. By January 2025, we plan to finalize the design, setting the foundation for the next steps in this groundbreaking initiative.
Training and Preparation
To ensure the success of the construction phase, we are incorporating targeted Passive House construction training into our plans. This program will equip 2-4 community members with the skills and expertise required to meet the rigorous energy efficiency standards that Passive House buildings are renowned for.
Timeline
January 2025: Design phase completed.
July 2025: Construction of the pilot Passive House begins.
